Contact Us Widget

The Contact Us widget is designed to be plugged into an existing webpage. It allows for both asking a question & being subscribed to a channel.

Prerequisites: 

  1. Getting Your Organization ID and Channel ID
  2. Difference Between Public & Private Data

Steps to Deploy:

  1. Create the Contact Us channel to use for the widget. In the Edit Channel form, click Allow Self-Registration to this channel.
  2. Get the OID and CID for the new channel. The Contact Us widget requires you to have both and OID & CID.  You can not use empty string ("") for either.
  3. Prepare the code by replacing the OID & CID to match yours.

  4. Deploy your code to your website, test and publish.

How does it work?

When a visitor submits a form, the system will generate a Dialog that includes the channel administrators and the visitor. This will show up in the application, as well as in email. Administrators will be able to reply to the submission directly from their email or from within Cureo. In addition, that visitor will now be added to the channel as a member, allowing the administrators to easily add them to other channels, as needed. NOTE: No invitations will be generated to the visitor.
