Getting Your Organization ID and Channel ID

Cureo's Website Widgets require some information to set up.

OID is your organization ID.  This ID was permanently assigned when your organization was set up.  It will be the same for every widget you deploy from this organization, no matter what channel.  OID is required for all web widgets.

CID is the ID for any given channel in your organization.   This id is permanently assigned when the channel was created and is unique for each channel.  The CID declaration is required for all web widgets.   It may be set to an empty string ("") to return all public information across channels in your organization.  (For instance all public Articles).  When the CID value is filled in, the widget will return only public information from the specified channel.
