File Activity and Version History
When you send someone a file, do you ever wonder if anyone actually opens it? Ever had a document overwritten with you having no idea what changed? Or worse, someone corrupts your file rendering it completely worthless? Good news. Cureo can help with all of that.
File Activity
Cureo tracks the entire history of a file from views to edits (dates included!). Viewing history is recorded whether the user viewed it in the full application, on your organization's website or from a notification in their personal email. It's a great tool to help you understand the level of engagement with your teams.
To access the File Activity, simply click on the Activity tab. Select your filters (dates, activity type, etc.), then click
Apply Filter.
You'll now have access to all of the activities.
Version History
As files are edited and replaced, Cureo keeps track of all versions. You are able to quickly and easily see all previous versions, including who updated it and when. Even better, you can download any previous version with a single click.
To access the Version History, simply click on the
Version tab. To download any version, simply click on the download button.
