Rescheduling or Canceling an Event

Reschedule a Meeting or Event (new date is known)
Update your meeting details as needed (date, time, location, message, etc). Click Save.
If it was set up as a recurring meeting click Only this instance, then Confirm.
To notify invitees and update the calendar invite, type in your message (if desired) and click Send Email.
That’s it! Your members will receive an updated invitation, allowing them to update their personal calendars.
Cancel a Meeting
Click Confirm.
It this was a recurring meeting, you'll have the option to delete the occurrence or future ones, as well. Once you have selected the appropriate option, click Confirm.
Click Notify to send an email notification to members and to remove the event from their calendar.
To notify invitees so it is removed from their calendars, type in your message (if desired) and click Send Email.
If the meeting will later be rescheduled, simply create a new event when the new date is confirmed.
