Salesforce Integration

Cureo allows organizations to integrate directly with their Salesforce implementation to keep selected Salesforce contacts in sync with contacts (members) in Cureo. This includes keeping the Cureo channel assignments to members in sync with (and visible inside of) Salesforce contact records. 

  • Add a syncing contact in Salesforce and it shows up in Cureo. 
  • Add a contact in Cureo, and it shows up in Salesforce. 
  • Assign a contact to channels in Cureo, and the channel assignments show on the Salesforce contact.
