Accessing Activity Data
Cureo's Activity allows you visibility into all activity for your boards, committees, and initiatives. The more you use Cureo, the more information you'll have over time. Activity data is available for an entire organization, a channel, a member and even a specific piece of content. Even better, it doesn't matter whether the member activity took place in email or in the application, it's all available in Cureo.
Accessing Activity Data
Activity Tab
At both the organization and the channel level, you'll note a tab called Activity. Clicking on this tab will take you to the activity for either the organization or the channel (wherever you are at the time).
The tab has filtering capabilities, allowing you to choose what information is important to you. You can filter by timeframe, content type, and activity type.
- Administrators: All data available (Viewing History, Create/Modify/Delete, Permission Changes)
- Collaborators: Create/Modify/Delete data for the channel, Viewing History limited to only content that member has created (ex. a dialog they have started or a file they added).
- View Only: Create/Modify/Delete data for the channel
Member Profile (Administrators only)
Maybe you have a member who seems a bit disengaged and you'd like to get a better picture of what is happening. You can access their full history by going to the Members tab and clicking on the member name to open their profile.
From within the profile, click on Timeline. This timeline view can be filtered by timeframe and activity type.
Content (Content creator and Administrators only)
If you want to see the full history of a particular piece of content that has been shared in Cureo (Event, File, News, Tasks, or Dialogs), there's a timeline for that. Simply open the content piece you wish to review then select the Timeline tab. This timeline view can be filtered by timeframe and activity type.
