Inviting Multiple Channels to an Event

Cureo content may only be filed in one Channel, but the system does allow you to invite members of multiple channels to a single event. To get started, add a new event. Select one of the included channels as your File in.

Check the Invite Entire Channel box then type the additional channel names into the Attendees box. Click Next to continue.

Note: If you need to invite additional individuals rather than a full channel, simply type the individual name or email address into the Attendee box.

On the next screen, you'll see the entire list of members for all invited channels and you may choose to send an email notification.

Note: If an individual is a member of multiple invited channels, the system will NOT duplicate that member or the email invitation.
