Mute a Dialog
Dialogs are great tools for group discussions because all users receive all replies and can reply via email. However, we understand there are cases where a user might not want that. Mute Dialog gives your members the ability to turn off email notifications for a particular discussion but still be able to access it via the application at any time. Here's how it works:
A member receives a dialog in their email. Click on the Mute this Dialog link in the email.
You'll be taken to a page confirming you have muted this dialog and allowing you to Unmute if you did it by mistake.
Muted Dialogs may be easily accessed via the full Cureo application by using the filters and selecting Muted.
Or via the Welcome Widget on your website using the same Muted filter.
When viewing the Dialog in the application, the mute icon will let you quickly see any members that have muted that dialog.
A member can easily Unmute a muted dialog in the application or the Welcome Widget by clicking on the mute icon in the dialog.
