Taking Meeting Attendance in Cureo

Cureo's Events have a built-in feature that allows you to easily record attendance at any or all of your meetings. To take attendance, simply open your Event and select the Take Attendance option. 

You'll be presented with a new drop-down option beside each invitee that allows you to record whether the member attended in person, virtually or not at all.

Tip: If you have a large list of invitees, you can use Set All Attendance to update the entire list to one single status (ie. Attended in Person), then go back and update those few users who don't meet that criteria. Sometimes it's quicker to update who is NOT there, rather than going through each user. 

If you'd like to pull the attendance information into your meeting minutes, simply click the Copy Attendance button...

Then paste directly into your document. Easy!
