Those Green File Folders...Explained

When you click on the Files in your channel, you may have noticed there are 4 green file folders. You may have also noticed that the folder names align with 4 different Cureo content types:

1. Events
2. Dialogs
3. Tasks
4. News

When you attach Files to other types of Cureo content, it not only stays with the original piece of content, but Cureo also files it so you can easily find it later. No need to file it yourself, the system automatically does it for you.

Files attached to an Event generate a subfolder in the green Events folder with the name and date of the Event.

Files attached to a Dialog will create a subfolder in the green Dialog folder with the Dialog subject.

Files attached to a Task will create a subfolder in the green Tasks folder with the Task name.

Files attached to News will create a subfolder in the green News folder with the News headline.
