Removing Members
As roles change, you’ll have a need to remove an individual either from a Group or from your organization completely. Making those changes is very simple.

Click on the Status link (Accepted, Pending, Undeliverable, etc.)
Click on the Remove from Organization.
Confirm deletion.
Leave the member in your organization, but remove him/her from a specific group(s)
There are 2 ways to remove a user or users from a channel. One works well if you need to remove multiple members from a single channel, the other works well if you need to remove a single user from multiple channels.
Option 1: Best option for removing multiple members from a single group (may also be used for single users)
Click on the Group, then click on the Members tab. You can search or scroll to find the member you wish to remove.
From the Permission drop-down, select Remove from channel for any users who should be removed.
Option 2: Best option for removing a single user from multiple channels
Select Everything from the channel list, then click on the Members tab. You can type the individual's name into the search bar or scroll through the member list.
Click on the member's name to open their profile.
Click on the Manage Permissions tab, then click on Show Channels.
For each channel from which user should be removed, select None from permission drop-down.
